River Bend, North Carolina is a small residential community of homes located in a 3 square mile area adjacent to New Bern. There are over 1250 housing units starting with apartments and including single family homes, duplexes, quarter-decks (4 units), town houses and large homes with three car garages. Many homes are on the Trent River, a lake or on a number of canals with boat docks. Pictured below are a number of examples of the various types of housing units.
