Meetings The Association meets on the second Wednesday of January, May and October at 7:30 PM at the River Bend Town Hall. All residents of River Bend are welcome to attend. Residents are also invited to participate in the Community Watch Patrols. No experience necessary.

River Bend Golf and Country Club Hosts Annual Luncheon
October 22, 2000 - The Community Watch held it's Annual Luncheon at the River Bend Golf and Country Club with 84 members and guests in attendance. Invited guests included the Rhems First Responders, Police, Water Resources and Public Works Departments, Town Hall Staff, the Mayor and members of the Town Council. Mayor James Findley, Dr. Warren Jones and Councilman Roy Fogle thanked all of those in attendance for their fine and vital support of Town services. . Al Kish, on behalf of Community Watch thanked Councilman Fogle for going beyond the call of duty for his outstanding and personal support of Community Watch referring to him as the "Guardian Angel". Al Otto conducted the raffle while Maureen Reed handled raffle ticket sales. Al Otto also acknowledged the fine service rendered and generous donation of raffle prizes. October 21, 2001 - Community Watch Annual Luncheon was held at the River Bend Golf and Country Club. The event was presided over by President, Al Otto assisted by Secretary-Treasurer Lois Gellasch. Mayor Findley and Councilman Fogle commended the members on their service to their community. There were 70 members and guests in attendance.
